Ah, remember me? Good! But I have to keep introducing myself until I meet everyone. My name if Vash the Stampede and I was... ahaha... hired (kidnapped! Horribly!) to be a counselor here. But ah... my assigned job is really unfitting, so I've decided to find something less insulting. And more useful too

General weirdness is normal, but weather weirdness is usually either localized over one person or, a lot stranger than just being a state or two over from where you'd expect it.
