It changes the meaning, depending on where it goes, however I suspect that it goes after 'you' from the sheer amount of times that people have come into the hospital critical injured or dead

I've been trying to impress that basic fact onto people since I arrived. Sadly, it seems to be the most difficult thing to understand.

I've found her. Apparently we were playing a game. She neglected to inform me of such. Also, while I remember, two more doctors, nurse and a psychiatrist arrived in the last two days. Interestingly, one dresses as a Harlequin clown and another refuses to acknowledge that they are a doctor.

... yes, I've met the clown. She sounds oddly familiar, though I can't place it. And I've... heard of the nurse. Came with an addition to the hospital?

Well, we also have a Doctor Greg House - infectious diseases and nephrology - and Doctor Miranda Bailey, another surgeon. As for Harley Quinn. Hm. I'm suspecting that camp's merely being very, very ironic.
