Ah, well, a Consulate, you see, is a bit of a diplomatic and legal oddity. The land on which it sits effectively belongs to the country delegating within that space. Therefore, a Canadian Consulate rests on Canadian soil! Welcome to Canada!

I could also blow up said designated space, so it would behoove you to remember that here, there is no legal international separation that I have not approved.

But you may keep your Consulate for now. Fond memories.

Oh dear. Is there paperwork I have neglected to complete? The forms I have are completed in triplicate.

Thank you kindly.

Constable Turnbull and I are members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to be particular. It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr Lupin.

Constable Benton Fraser, Royal Canadian -- ah, of course. I first came to Louisiana... well. A pleasure.

The American government has approved of such settlements, I assure you. I have completed all the proper forms.

And your name, Ma'am?

It's nothing I need concern myself with, anyway.

I am Nokoru Imonoyama, chairman of the Clamp Campus student government's elmentary division. Also, please note that I am male.
