Hiding eggs is a seasonal custom?

Yes, Mistress Padme. In this culture, large rabbits hide eggs for children to find for a holiday called "Easter."

I was under the impression that rabbits were mammals.

Yes, it is quite fascinating. It is my understanding that the rabbits are hiding eggs which they acquired from another source and then colored festively.

Shouldn't we be returning the eggs to wherever they were taken from? For all we know, they could be... the eggs of poisonous snakes.

The toucans were most gracious in supplying eggs for our use in this case, Mistress Padme.

I did crack one of them. It was identical to the hard-boiled egg that our research indicated we should find.

I'm afraid I do not. I have met Mistress Molly, and spoke with Mistress Filia only recently, but I am not familiar with most.
