(no subject)
So. This appeared on my door a couple of days ago. And it makes me uneasy. The very vague, almost non-existant kind of uneasy that doesn't actually stop me from living my life, but just sits there gnawing at the back of my mind when I stop for a second. Which is really annoying, by the way.
I can't pry it off, or snap it off, and I'm sure as hell not going to try shooting it off. Since those methods didn't work, I'd guess it's A) a weird camp thing that doesn't actually have a point, B) an alien device set here to gather information on fascinating human behaviour like how many times a day I open my door, or C) a really sophisticated bomb that could kill us all at any given second.
Personally, I think it's A). Although B) has its charms.
((OOC: The crucifix is actually this weird thing, which apparently broadcasts the Lord's Prayer at a level we can't hear. Of course, THIS one isn't broadcasting the Lord's Prayer; it's broadcasting "Woo Hoo" by the 5 6 7 8s. Does it do anything? Not really. Unless you find that song repeating on loop just beyond your ability to hear annoying. Which Wolfwood does.))
