Al and I are probably the only ones around here that can tell you much about homunculi, if that's what you're after. If it's about what he's been doing since he's gotten here though, I don't know.

What's a homunculi?

It's a human being that was made through alchemy. Except he wasn't really made through alchemy, but I guess any human that wasn't made naturally would count.

Truly a detective's spirit, Kudou-san! I'm afraid that at this point, all I have to work with is some historical concepts long proven false. A homunculus was an old concept that humans were, before pregnancy, a microscopic--but fully developed--human being, that during the pregnancy simply grows up until it is born. From there, you've got your normal human development. If, however, I can help you at all, feel free to ask.

He's said many times that he's not Tringham-san, and I have to believe that. He shows no remorse or concern over the death of the original, but he fears his body and tries to have others destroy it for him.

Why?

He's not Tringham-san. He openly shows contempt for humans, and puts on parodies of puppet shows that show other campers being killed and mutilated.
