Red Kabocha Squash recipes, pretty please!!
Anyone have any good ones? MariaM? You're the queen of culinary delights... anything you can give me without having to kill me first? ;)
I got a rather lovely looking Kabocha in our veg box and it looks so purrrfect that I don't want to just hack it up and throw it in the slow cooker with the root veg's, it seems to call for a rather yummy recipe somehow.
I've never tried one before, is it anything like a butternut squash?
