When he pulled off, he stared at her for a long time and then he rested his head back on her lap. Shida put a hand on her chest.

"Kuso, Ryosuke..." she muttered. "Why do you always make my heart go crazy?!"
Yamada laughed. "I hope it won't stop beating for me."
"Don't worry, it won't," Shida smiled sweetly. Yamada smiled back.
"You asked me as if I'm the only one who does that," said Yamada. "But you're wrong, Shi-chan..."
"Eh?"

Yamada took her right hand and put it on top of his chest.
