I think that there was a lot of food in India that I meant to try cooking when I got home. If there was, I've totally forgotten it, so I'm going to start keeping as list. This entry may change, and/or start to contain recipes.
- Hakka Abacus Seed
- Thai food - the whole cusine
- Pumpkin butter shrimp (or whatever)
- Parantha (stuffed)
- Broiled or charred Eggplant (with Indian spices and tomato and stuff)
