RIP Davy Jones
I had such a crush on him when I was a kid.
They used to show re-runs on Channel 20 (which later because WB or UPN)
This was back when all they showed was re-runs of old shows or old movies.
I had no idea that the show was from the 60s.
I was too naive at the time to figure it out, based on the fashions!
I had a massive crush on Davy. I just knew that he would marry me one day!
Little did I know that he was older than my dad!
But it wasn't just that I thought Davy was cute.
I liked the music too.
Hearing of his passing today just means I lost just another small piece of my childhood.
