Went to the gym again. Did the same thing. I was pouring sweat. It was very gross, but I feel great now..I'm going to take some ibuprofen so I can function tomorrow. The kitchen towel I grabbed wasn't absorbant at all. I'm going to hop in the shower after I find a good receipe for these tomatoes, yellow squash and huge zucchini my grandma gave me. I'm supposed to get more on Thursday, which is good, the more vegetables the better! That's my motto..
Here's a receipe I made yesterday, it was really good:
Cook 1 lb spiral pasta, reserve 1 cup of pasta water
Brown up chopped onions (as much as you want, I got a little ridiculous with it, about 2 T oil)
Add 3 T balsamic vinegar and a can of washed and drained chickpeas to the onions, 2 cloves of garlic (or jarred garlic, to taste), 1 tsp dried oregano, salt and pepper, cook 5 minutes
Add the pasta and 1 cup of reserved pasta water, 2 bags of baby spinach and toss until spinach wilts
It is so so good. I made it with frozen spinach though, not as pretty.
