Well regardless of if I pick one of yours or not I hope you like the next one all the same xD! Alan/Sam!! I was thinking of writing it as a psuedo-sequel to the one I wrote for your first prompt. I mean, after all, Alan did say "another night" >:D

Well it absolutely works because so far both of your prompts have been phenomenal to write and your comments are like life blood, bro. I am high-fiving you over the distances of the internets right now. Also I have to admit, at your breakdown of the relationship dynamics at work I was just straight up *chin hands* because yes yes YES. I think that's what I really loved about this, was that it wasn't a traditional take on the pairing but rather a very realistic alterna-take. I love, love, love that you wrote this and even though I was super nervous about writing it I'm kind of pleased with the outcome. Clu as being ... well... pardon it all... clueless was such a novel take and it's true. I mean after watching the first Tron there's kind of a strange divide between Clu and Tron and when Flynn created Clu 2, he admitted (at the end of Tron:Legacy) that he didn't know perfection then and he had kind of sold Clu short, right? I just love that he didn't have everything and still had a level of innocence despite the kind of sadistic tendencies. And even then not necessarily sadistic in terms of the intent but just the action, he didn't know better, right?

You found the extenuating circumstances for NOT despising Clu, and found a Tron who was broken before Clu even started.

I totally forced poor centerspire down there to test-drive the fic at some points. Though she never got the ending until I posted it in full. Ahaha. I knew I'd succeeded if she said she was kind of nervous and or freaked out hahaha.

Pff! I could live with that. It's something great as a writer to have someone who gets your idea wheels spinning. And I said somewhere lower in the comments that at some point I'll definitely have to revisit this pairing under different circumstances. :9 Delicious pairing is delicious.

Dude, if the reading process involves picturing Boxleitner naked - I will LOVE whatever you've got next. :D It's sad, but true, I'm just THAT cheap/easy.

My pleasure. *high-fives* This prompt is just like the last one you filled. It's a screwy tangent on a pairing theme. Take Sam n' Alan's lube n' forethought away and you get 2 guys who're explosively attracted to each other (and they can't help it). Which is hot. And it's hot 'cause there's no pause for lube, condoms or even AIR. One minute they're talking and the next they're all over each other. YESSSSSSSS! This one? The key's the double-dubcon. Put Clu in a mental position where he can't act as an attacker, and grind Tronzler down to the point where he won't just give in to everything Clu wants, but will strip his own psyche for points of surrender.

On the evidence of Kevin's Clu Program history - he's a very lazy programmer. The boy just doesn't think things through and put his heart into them. Clu2 was a quick fix for him spending more time in the User world, beyond that I don't think Kevin put any thought into the dear Program. I mean, really, look at the sweet, adorable doofus he sent in to take out the MCP. O_O

*passes the tissues* Y'know what the most unsettling part of this fic is? The inference that Tron was probably as clueless as Clu when he slept with Kevin/Alan1 and NEITHER OF THEM stopped to check if he was ok with this. That's both horrible and very very creepy, and I think I love you. ♥

The *creative* process definitely involves picturing Boxleitner naked, I'll tell you that much! I've had horribly dirty images and scenarios stuck in my head recently to write for the story ... I've just got to get them all out.

Oh our Lord. This times pretty much a million. I just tried to imagine what he'd throw together and Clu2 was it. You're so right - he doesn't put his heart into his programming and of course it's sloppy. I mean, isn't that obvious in the way Clu2 views something like the ISOs as an aberration rather than the systemic miracle they are? He's not necessarily a villain, he's just misguided and upsettingly primitive. Does he do bad things? Well yes. But I think that's influenced more by his coding than his actual natural inclinations, you know?

ALSJDF I felt kind of weird not going into the backstory of how Tron came to ... well... know things... but I think not giving it all away allows that kind of twist. He's not exactly upset about it but he won't talk about it either. And it's hard to tell if when he bestows the knowledge of the actions on Clu if he's doing it in a completely innocent way or if he's trying to hurt Clu a little, to put him through what he's experienced.

I DIDN'T MEAN TO WRITE SO MANY LAYERS INTO THIS BUT I GUESS IT HAPPENED.
