So she's fine. Looks to be fine anyway. Strange how suddenly he's less tense. Sorta, he has no clue how he's supposed to behave around her or how she expects him to behave. He picks up his homework and settles down on the couch.

Absentmindedly rubbing at the ink on his body that was still peeking out from his shirtsleeves, Angel knocked on the door.

Angel opened the door and came on in having already gotten an invite from Major K! back when he moved into the room. "Hey."

"Yo, man." Cameron straightened up and moved his notes from the couch to the bed so there was room for Angel to sit. "How's it going?"

"Okay," Angel said. He twitched his shirtsleeve cuffs to try to cover up some of the ink. "Got a sec? Need to talk to you."

"Sure," Cameron frowned and noticed the twitching. He tilted his head trying to make out what Angel was doing. "Talk away."

Angel went back to absentmindedly rubbing at the ink on his hands. "Uh, did you threaten Blair?"

Not having expected that question, Cameron's eyes snapped from Angel's hands to his face. "Threaten's a big word. I might have given him a warning."

Cameron shrugged. "If he uses his brain and doesn't go around dating multiple girls at the same time, he should be fine."

"Okay, but you see where since he's my little brother I've got an issue with bigger guys threatening him, right?" Angel said.

"Yeah, just like I won't sit around and let him get away with hurting Molly. You're making it sound like I held a knife to his throat or something," Cameron rested his elbows on his knees. "I just went in there to talk and he gave me attitude. Which yeah," he paused and shrugged again, "I probably wasn't in the best of moods, but it's not like I roughed him up or anything."

"Well he and Molly are dating now so I'm thinking they're okay," Angel said. "And what is it with you and Molly anyway? She can kick your ass. Hell, she could kick mine."

"Maybe, but she's also just a kid who misses her family and friends. It's not because she's strong enough to kick our collective asses that she doesn't deserve someone to look out for her," Cameron said.

"And Blair isn't?" Angel asked. "For God's sake he's fourteen. So he dated a couple of people. He should be! If he was going steady at that age even I'd think he was nuts. And I'm from two centuries ago!"

Cameron bit his lip and rose to his feet. "And Molly is just fourteen and had never been on a date. So Blair comes in and happily announces her that something that she was looking forward to and wanted to be special actually already happened when she wasn't looking. Seriously, I thought the kid was just being some sort of idiot about dating so I went to talk to him. He wouldn't listen, so I gave him a warning so he wouldn't try to upset Molly more."
