Dorms & outside dorms, morning

The weather's been clearing lately and Cameron feels like maybe it's a good idea to actually leave the dorms. It's still cloudy, but it's not freezing for which he is grateful as he still doesn't have the money to get a winter coat like Liz adviced him.

"Good morning, sunshine," Elizabeth smiles at him. "Great minds think alike, huh?"

[cameronmitchell]

"Wasn't aware I'd grown tentacles overnight," Cameron smirks. "Seems so."

[notcalledlizzie]

Elizabeth stuck her tongue out at him. "Well, now that you mention it, you do bear a striking resemblence to her," she laughed.

[cameronmitchell]

"Oh ouch, my charming good looks are deeply offended." Cameron held a hand over his heart and tried to look dramatically hurt.

Elizabeth snickered. "Yet, somehow, I'm sure you'll get over it," she said.

[cameronmitchell]

"Yeah, but it might take a while and Vala will have her work cut out for her." Cameron sighed.

"Oh, I'm sure she'll willingly oblige," Elizabeth winked.

[cameronmitchell]

Cameron blushed. "I hope so," he said and motioned down the hall. "Shall we?"

Elizabeth tried not to laugh at her friend's discomfort and nodded. "We shall," she said, heading towards the staircase.

"So how's the campaign coming along?" Cameron asked as they headed down the steps.

[notcalledlizzie]

Elizabeth half-shrugged. "Well, it's a bit odd, because it's really only the posters that advertise yourself, asides from that one meeting in the common room. I've got a few people I know will be voting me, others I hope will and hopefully that'll be enough," she said. "I've got more posters to put up later though."

[cameronmitchell]

"Yeah, it's kinda weird that we're voting again to begin with." Cameron shrugged. "You'll do fine with the juniors." He took in a deep breath as they made it outside.

[notcalledlizzie]

"It's a hassle and a pain," Elizabeth nodded. "Thanks."

She pulled up her zip even further.

[cameronmitchell]

"And yet you signed up for it," Cameron cocked an eyebrow at and set to doing some stretches.

[notcalledlizzie]

She placed her foot on the wall and leant towards it. "Well, yeah. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to complain about what they do. Or don't do," she said. "And apparently I have control issues, and like to be in charge, but I wouldn't say that."

[cameronmitchell]

Cameron chuckled. "I'm glad I don't have any sort of issues with that at least. I'll go vote, but politics really isn't my thing. I'll leave that to the girls of our class."
