The title has, as most House titles do, a double meaning. House keeps doing a Bosley/Charlie's Angels thing, calling the new fellows on the phone and being put on speaker phone. Also, the patient sees people who are dead, I guess these would qualify as guardian angels.

That's from us too. Check the posts & the dates - its a copy of the post on our site. We got that spoiler exclusively from an insider, and even if it came from spoilertv, you still need to credit where you got it from. After all, you aren't the person who watched the ep spoke to saying this and my source didn't really understand the scene he was in) - the source spoke to 407, our admin who made the post.
