Oct 05, 2007 16:46

Our store expansion is open! We had our final inspection this past Friday afternoon and moved a lot of product over the following 12 hours. There is still some decorating and fixtures to move in, but the place is really starting to look great.

Thanks to everybody who came to our grand opening. We hope you had as much fun as we did. We're going to have Temple Richmond back for Tarot readings on the first Friday of every month starting in November. We'll also have Wendy doing mehndi art on first Fridays starting in December. Details will be posted to the website soon.

All beeswax candle sculptures are 50% off. Additionally all the Captain Rodney's salsa, pepper jelly, and other condiments are 50% off. Shop Therapy silk tank tops and mini-skirts (made from antique saris) are 30% off.

COSTUMES ARE HERE
We have greatly expanded our costume offerings for the Halloween season. If you're looking for pirates, wizards, hobbits, witches, fairies, knights, princesses, tavern wenches or anything along the Medieval Fantasy genre, we can help you.

LOST COLONY DONATIONS
If you haven't yet heard, The Lost Colony in Manteo lost most of it's costume shop in a fire September 11. In order to help them rebuild we're putting out a jar on the counter through the next month to collect donations. We will match all the donations collected. This production is an important part of our history and North Carolina's heritage. More info at http://www.thelostcolony.org
