Okay - Everything should be alright now. *whew* What a headache this has been. Right, moving along...
A 2nd e-mail has been sent out. To everyone. Even if you received and replied to the first one, please read this one again (there should no changes) and reply to this 2nd e-mail. It's a bit of a hassle, but we're doing it to make sure all our bases are covered and to verify that no one is left out.
The e-mails will be coming in from mods[@]camelotsolstice[.]aurora-primavera[.]com - So make sure your spam/junk filters are set to allow this address.
Also, in the subject of each e-mail, at the end there is a number so the subject looks like: Camelot Solstice - Assignment [#]. Ignore this - this is for our organisational purposes only. When replying to the e-mail, do not change the subject.
Please reply to the e-mails as soon as possible. We apologise for the trouble earlier, there are just some things we couldn't have predicted. If for whatever reason, you don't receive an e-mail w/in the next 24 hours, comment here or contact us ASAP.
