I am so happy that you liked this, shiny_starlight. I was uncertain about how it flowed when I first posted it (particularly because I was really aware how horribly awry canon AU can go) and I'm thrilled to bits that you enjoyed it.

No, I seriously, seriously loved it. It all fit together remarkably well, with their change of positions. I LOVED the line about Uther's convictions about magic being called madness because he wasn't the king and wasn't in charge. It's a fine line, and Arthur saw that. I could see this happening, and I could see Arthur being a better king himself because of it.

Also, thank you for fitting in the blue!
