Radio Times Review of episode 7
It's another strong episode for actress Angel Coulby, as Gwen finds herself in an enormous cleft stick. Kidnapped by hairy cad Cenred (Merlin's answer to Guy of Gisborne) and Morgause the Eyeliner Queen, Gwen is thrown in prison with her estranged brother Elyan. Cenred wants her to bring him Prince Arthur - if she doesn't, it's curtains for poor Elyan. Merlin and Arthur lead the cavalry charge, but their efforts appear doomed when smirking Morgana tags along.
Everything's on simmer this week: although barriers are slowly dissolving between the prince and the pauper, Arthur and Gwen don't quite get it together; and you just know there's an angry, eye-flashing showdown coming between Merlin and Morgana, but at the moment it's more of a toys-out-of-pram tussle.
Enjoyable stuff, though: a few decent scraps, nice location work and a cobwebby skeleton that shouldn't make you jump, but...

So I'm thinking that they don't kiss in this episode. Great how many episodes has it been since they snogged (it must be a record). Well at least it will be a strong episode for Angel and the barriers between A/G are slowly dissolving.
