Merlin and Arthur always seemed like that married couple that loved each other so much they couldn't stand it anymore. and had to revert back to schoolyard teasing as their only means of communication or they would explode in embarrasement from the amount of sappy gushy romance that would spew forth.

This is so adorable! Merlin and Arthur are their witty and loveable selves here. I just love their banter, from "YOu can't put your Court Sorcerer in the stocks" to "you are the idiot that came up with this idea!"

Elyan's thought process is spot on. It really is amusing to see how Merlin can reduce Arthur into a grumpy husband. They really are like a married couple. I love Elyan's insight.

Also enjoying how the two most powerful men in the kingdom seem to be on a mission to do something nice for the knights. I am loving this series so far ^_^

I always thought Merlin and Arthur would do something for the knights if they could besides just being loyal and protecting them. Especially Merlin, but then Arthur would come up with something to make it more complicated. :)
