"Come on, Merlin. Get your bony backside here!"
Percival heard his King and his familiar manservant, and turned to watch. Arthur was hurrying along the corridor, Merlin trailing him by quite a distance, trying his best to keep up while carrying all of Arthur's armour. Arthur stopped to greet Percival and Gwaine.
"Sir Gwaine, Sir Percival. How are the patrols coming along?"
"They are coming along fine, Sire," Gwaine replied.
Arthur raised his eyebrows, and turned to Percival expectantly. Gwaine rolled his eyes. Percival chuckled.
"We might need a few more scouts on the Mercia border, though. It’s rough terrains out there," Percival added, remembering Leon commenting on it.
"Right. I'll talk to Leon about it. Good day to you then. Come on, Merlin." Arthur nodded to the knights and marched on down the corridor. Merlin, who had just reached them, and had put the armour down and leaned against a pillar for a rest, glared at the back of Arthur's head.
"What... -huff- a prat! Why doesn't he... carry his... -huff- own armour for... -huff- a change?" Merlin wheezed out, not hesitating to complain even though he had no breath left for it. He started to pick up the pieces he had just dropped.
"Arthur's making you breathless again, eh Merlin?" Gwaine teased. Merlin immediately blushed.
"Shut up, Gwaine," he said, and hurried away as soon as he could, though that might have had something to do with Arthur yelling for him again.

Later that evening in his room, when Percival was pressing into Gwaine's core, Percival commented, "The King is not the only one who can make a guy breathless, is he?"
Gwaine agreed wholeheartedly.
