“I can’t believe you talked me into caroling,” Morgana said as the group broke into the next song, “Holly Jolly Christmas.”
“And why not? You enjoy it when carolers come to our house,” Merlin replied.
“That’s right, but I can’t sing.”
“You sing well enough, and plus we’re giving back to the community.”
“That’s true. I think that’s how you won the argument.”
Merlin smirked. “That and the free hot chocolate at the end. All too easy.”
“Oh stop it and just sing, will you?”
“Your wish is my command, my lady.”
They both joined in heartily on the next song.
