"Ugh, do you two ever come up for air?" Morgana spat in their direction.
"What's the matter big sis? It's nothing you haven't seen or done before" Arthur replied with a cheeky smile and a glint in his piercing blue eyes.
"Ah, Arthur! Come on its obvious she's just jealous. Who wouldn't be when your with the best looking nerd in school?" jokingly Merlin replied, only to look at Morgana to find a look on her face that makes even Uther's skin crawl. Merlin sank back behind Arthur so as not to get its full effect.
Merlin: "Hey babe, don't forget we have that gig to go to tonight! xx"
Arthur: "No problem, Ill try avoid father so I don't get caught up and miss it =)"
Merlin: "Good plan. I wouldn't want Percy to beat you up and ruin that perfect body of yours ;D"
Arthur: "Definitely wouldn't want that! Ill meet you outside just before it starts, Morgana has my car til tonight!!! xx"
Merlin stood outside for half an hour waiting on Arthur. He had texted three times but got no response and was starting to worry. Either he had been unable to avoid Uther, Morgana was late or had an accident on his way to the pub. His mind was going around in circles when Percy came out with his forth pint of the night. Merlin smiled at him as thanks and took a big gulp. Percy threw his arm around Merlin's shoulders, he could how worried Merlin was, and pulled him close in comfort. After a few minutes Percy guided him inside and propped him at the bar while he went back onstage to finish the gig.
Percy put his guitar down beside his amp and scanned the crowd and bar for Merlin and Arthur, if he had shown up. When he didn't see either of them he went to the toilets to splash some water on his face before looking for them again. Just as he turned on the tap, Percy heard moaning coming from one of the stalls. He gave a slight smile and shook his head. He knew it was Merlin in the stall. His face suddenly dropped when he heard the other person moan. He knew that one also, and it wasn't Arthur. His heart sank. The person in the stall with Merlin was Gwaine, his boyfriend!! Percy tried to be rational thinking to himself that they're drunk, that Merlin was upset and lost all reasoning. It didn't work, before he knew it, he had kicked the door to the stall in which made them both yelp. Gwaine could hardly stand never mind see straight. Merlin on the other hand could stand perfectly still as if he hadn't had even a pint but his pupils were seriously dilated and he didn't seem to realize who he was in the stall with or who was in front of him. It wasn't the first time Percy had caught Gwaine in this situation. He grabbed Merlin out of there, spat at Gwaine and headed towards the bar to get Merlin a pint of water.
Merlin's phone beeped while they were at the bar. It was a text from Arthur apolozing for not going and texting him back but Uther had cornered him and had taken his phone for his full attention. Percy wrote back to Arthur and told Merlin that Gwaine would pay for what he had done told Merlin to talk to Arthur and tell him if he remembered at any time since it wasnt his fault.
