FedEx Ground service SUCKS
Seriously, if people work and aren't home to receive a package during the day that requires an adult signature (having wine delivered), why would they hold it at a facility that is only open from 8:00 - 5:00 when those same people are F*CKING WORKING?!?!?!? Can you say "COMMON SENSE"?? Customer Service states "well, since it's an economy service, they aren't equipped to hold a package at the facility". Oh whatever!
So, now I have to figure out how to get my wine. Jackasses.
