Manz, I've been incredibly disappointed with myself latly. Lack of motivation, lack of enthusiasm, lack of understanding, lack of maintaining relationships. I can pretty much sum it up to being lazy. That said, I really want to be able to do all of it. It would be better if I focused on doing one thing at a time, e.g. seeing friends, going out with Sue, doing study/work, but I end up trying to do all of them at once and ending up with doing a half arsed job at all of them.
Ah well, guess I'm just too busy trying to please everyone and myself at the same time.
On another note though, life is good but slow. Also, just recently started watching a new show called "Dexter". Definitely worth a look. Its full on though so don't watch if you are squemish.
The best explanation I could give is that its like CSI and law and order in that its about solving crimes, etc, and the main character is in forensics and is a blood expert. However, he is also a serial killer. Interesting twist on the currently flooded market of cop shows. Its well filmed and acted. Includes some guy from "Six feet under" (haven't seen), two people from "Oz" - The african american doctor girl, and Cyril Oreilly. So if you're into blood and forensics give it a go.
Back to making a little car go around a track (www.spiderland.org). Breve is one of the most interesting and useless programs. Its physics is inconsistent making it difficult to predict. Also it is machine dependent, i.e. what you code will run differently on another machine(/OS).
Cheers,
Camby.
