1. Who is going to go through and get people assigned to chapters. I know that i am assigned to a domain but not a chapter. I know that i hold to regional positions but they are not listed.

2. Who will create and set up the Venues for characters that need to be assigned.

3. in regards to characters, what about stuff for the bloodlines?

I noticed the CRD lists a domain that was folded last fall. Should we use Mantis for reporting issues like that?
