Out Darn Stuff
The junk truck came today and I'll remember when I book them next year that they do crawl spaces. I was going to give them some really large boxes in the crawl space but I hit my head on the crawl space door and decided it was too much of an effort for a Monday morning.
I was going to get a picture of the haul, but they showed up promptly at 10am without a courtesy call.
They did take 11 cans of 20 year old paint, a bag of old clothing for fabric recycling, a box of donations and an electric blanket that still works, but we just weren't using it. From the garage, they took an old baseboard heater my father-in-law gifted us for some reason and old blinds that wouldn't fit in the black cart. My father-in-law has gotten better at not giving us random stuff. I know his heart is in the right place, but we just don't have a use for a random baseboard heater when we have central heating? I admire his desire to reuse, repurpose, and rehome things, however!
