Really should write more often
Today is the middle of October, officially. How that happened...where the time went.... No idea.
I'm back on three-day weekends now and am pretty happy about that, especially since I know that by December work will have eaten me again. Husband is back in school, after his weird 2 week minibreak they have in the automotive program, so today is the first day in AGES that I get to be home alone. It's so nice to have some time to one's self and not have to share it with anyone else.
Anyone except the dogs and critters, of course. The dogs absolutely love their new backyard, and we're going to go out in a bit and fill up the kiddie pool and then they will become filthy and be absolutely thrilled about it. When I take Clark out, just me and him, he's actually learning to play fetch a bit. I'm not sure if he really likes it, but since he keeps bringing the ball back, I guess he does.
It's really interesting, the interaction between me and just one dog. When there is two or more of them together the dynamic is different. Except with Nanners, he just always wants to be as far up my behind as he possibly can.
I guess that's all I have to share right now which is probably part of the reason I don't write often. I just don't have much interesting to say, it seems.
