made it to the other side
in short:
been in a dark place lately. not a good thing. lots of reasons...family, work, husband, family, rose, family, rose, work...rinse and repeat.
and i don't know exactly when/where/how, but since monday, once the very worst was over, it's all been getting better.
and better.
and i made it through the tunnel and am on the other side of it now. it's a wonderful feeling, and i'm grateful for it.
maybe since it's been so long since i've been to that place, i'd forgotten what it was all about. and when you aren't expecting it, and then you are there, it's just that much worse. and i was walking a tightrope, minus the net, over open flames.
and while things aren't exactly sunshine and bunnies, they are even better than rainy with a chance of armadillos.
