OK crafty friends. Coasters. I am going to attempt ceramic coasters this weekend.
The basic technique is go to Home Depot or Lowes. Get 4 x 4 ceramic squares.
Glue on backing like felt or cork.
Modge podge on a picture.
Use spray sealant. Voila!
So then I got to thinking… I wonder if this same technique would use on a mug?
Use some other technique?
Some I found were use a dry erase marker, write something, bake it
Use ceramic pens
Anyone have any further thoughts? I would love to print out “I solemly swear I am up to no good” and then use sealant on a mug. Is this practical for a mug? I’m sure it wouldn’t be dishwasher safe but hey, I can handwash!
