(no subject)
so i havnt updated in a while....here it goes....
The last week of school went really well, although i am very happy that the district festival concerts are over. The 6th grade band played well, as well as they could have for about 13 rehearsals. I just really loved the music I picked and would have loved to do so much more with it but they learned a ton in a very short amount of time. I was REEEEEALLY happy with the jazz band. They played great, and I got a ton of awesome compliments.
I cant believe we're halfway through vacation already. I havn't done much of anything other than relax, which is wonderful, but i get bored very easily. I've been riding every day and I'm loooving the warmer weather. Yesterday I hung out with Ava who is getting so ridiculously big and cute. She' 7 months old now, and really plays with you and does things that you tell her too.
Tomorrow I'm spending the entire day at Hofstra...paying bills, doing hw, meeting with Hettrick, and then wind ensemble and band. Friday is more riding, and MJ is coming to visit! Then tis the weekend already, and then back to work. The second week back to school is gonna be insane because im playing in the HS pit for the Wizard of Oz. It should be really fun, but its gonna be a looong week.
ok, american idol is coming on, then LOST!!!!
