First of all, the title is gramatically correct.
I usually have this inane fear of cooking chicken/meat beacause I keep thinking I wouldnt do a great job and waste all that meat.
Here's the deal- I started my experimentations with chicken today .. A decent experimentation with kozhi varutha kari- a recipe belonging to the chettinad cuisine..
One thing I always go wrong with Indian cooking is estimating if the onion is perfectly cooked before adding the tomatoes.. I did a decent job today trying to smell if the onions are raw every two minutes...
The chicken curry did come out very well but I am also sure my hair must smell of onions now- Not a great idea...
AT the end of the day being a happily single woman, I do not worry about scented hair now..all that I worry about is awesome dinner and that was good...
WHen I get a dude who would sniff my hair every now and then, then I probably should take more precautions
