Last saturday went to Grips, a 15km ride from banglore on mysore highway, for karting. It looks quite decent place to feel adrenaline rush without  selling out  too much  money. Grips categorizes karts  based on power - 6 bhp, 8 bhp and 10 bhp, charging Rs. 100 /150/ 200 respectively for 6 laps. The circuit lenght is 500m , with few high speed corners and two sharp u-turns.  The circuit has different elevation at different corner, which makes it more fun and challenging to race.  With straight slope towards hairpin - one might get excited to enter at (relatively) high speed and tempted to break hard while approaching the corner,  and before driver realizes that breaks are not so great in this indigenous machine, kart skids off the track, yeah if you are lucky you just loose the racing line.  There you want find anyone to keep check on your lap timing - so if you are serious about how you are doing in each lap, then  have your pal with stopwatch. Be informed that - No credit cards are accepted - so go with good amount of cash, if you are planning to have long stint at the track. I have not been to any other tracks in bangalore (is there any?), but  this place can be exciting if you know to get the most out of your 10bhp.

Finished watching  Prison break  season 1,2 and 3 in span of  just one month. Are there anyone who is absolutely crazy about  PB, it's one hell of  thriller. Its  gonna keep you  at edge of  seat for sure.   I'll blog about it some time very soon.  Now i'm busy watching LOST.

On a different note, it has bee more than a year on LJ now, and approaching 50 entries mark, but at end of the day what i see is most of my entries are private. What's conclusion - Am I too paranoid about my privacy, or my most entries are too personal too share, or i'm using LJ as my postscret  diary. Go
