The music I listen to while working plays a big part in my productivity. Some days are slow like molasses because I'm just not feeling what I'm hearing.
I've recently discovered an online radio station that plays the music that really makes my blood heat up.

Today I was talking with the boss about a raise. If we meet a goal by the end of the month (which is very possible) then I'll have a 25% raise. Sounds pretty sweet to me.
