An update.. finally
Well, I haven't updated in a long time, so I guess it's time I update since there's some big stuff going on and about to happen.
Well, I'm done with ACC. 41 credits later and I still kept my grade point average somehow. Unfortunately, this means that I haven't been able to spend as much as time with family and friends as I wanted. Though all the hard work has paid off.
I've finally been accepted to A&M. I'm now a member of the Aggie Class of 2011. It's going to be weird for me, and strange. August 8th is my last day at work. Two days later I'll be moving to College Station for the next 2 years. After that, I don't know what's going to happen. Will I move back to Austin, stay in College Station, or move somewhere else completely? We have no idea yet.
Lesa is already living in College Station. She told her work she had to move by August since we were moving there for school, and about two weeks later the position opened up so she had to go. It's not too hard really, her being gone. The hardest part is getting used to sleeping alone. Since we know it's only for a few months, it makes it easier, and I see her a couple of days every other week.
So yeah. I'm just working for now, though I feel as if I've aready checked out mentally. Though I don't want to go out leaving shit undone, so I'm actually working more. That, and with no one to come home to, I don't mind working longer hours. In two weeks, I start a weekend job. Figure it'll keep me out of trouble. haha That and school is expensive as hell.
