Apologies for my belated reply to your comment...

Five years! I know, it doesn't seem so long, does it? As I say above, I have fond memories of reading this fic, of checking for the updates and leaving my comments on the various chapters. It was excellent stuff, I think, then and now, but at the time with The Dark Knight having just rocked my world, and with my Torchwood enthusiasm probably at its height as well, I just remember how it ticked all of my then-boxes. It was just the kind of thing I was looking for. And I think you're right to be proud of it. I wish I'd written it. :)

Regarding the Nolan!verse, I didn't dislike TDKR as much as some people seem to have done. I mean, plots that make 100 percent sense are not really a feature of any of the Nolan trilogy, imho, so I'm willing to forgive some of the holes that really bug other people. I did think the film's politics was a fence-sitting mess, especially compared to TDK's quite systematic arguments about society and terrorism, but its take on Bane was very interesting, and well-played. But I still think The Dark Knight is the better film, and more coherent in its worldview.

But this probably isn't really the place for discussing the Nolan!Verse - so yes, perhaps we will have to have that discussion somewhere... ;)
