Recced because: Having recently picked up Arthur Conan Doyle's Holmes stories after last having read them in my teens (and let's just say that was a while ago), it was delightful to find a fic that not only felt like an ACD missing scene, but included two of my favorite characters from S6: Madame Vastra and Jenny. Even though Vastra and Holmes' verbal joust doesn't last long, what's there is just perfect - and if you're anything like me, you'll wish there was a lot more.
