Recced because: After meeting Oswin, who doesn't want to see the Doctor have a Dalek companion? From our short introduction to her, at least, the characterization is spot on. The author captures Oswin's flirty quips brilliantly. It's a quirky, clever story about what this unusual pairing could look like, and my absolute favorite Oswin Oswald story so far!
"Don't blink," the Doctor orders. "Oswin, whatever you do, don't blink!'
Oswin swivels her eyestalk to stare at him.
"Yes. Right. Carry on, Oswin."
