I agree with the "disturbing", but not the "brilliant". There's nothing in the Tenth Doctor's character that would have him rape a woman to death with a knife. There's no recognisable characteristics in the main character at all, just some bloke on a murderous rampage.

In short, the story is just an excuse to bash Ten/Rose shippers, which I'm not, by the way.
