This weekend was amazing. First off, I got to see so many people from So-Cal, including: Chris Yang, Mike Mullee, BIG KEN AMMANN, Patch, Vartan, Aleen, and i guess the whole junior/senior class of MUN. Ammann was, as he always has been, very Ammann-like. Take an example: I am at Fudrucker's (a restaurant near Berkeley) hanging out with the MUN crew and getting my obligatory free alumnus dinner. Ken tells a student to go up to the register and say that we didn't get two sundaes he had ordered. The cashier, while pretty positive he hadn't made a mistake, submitted to Ken's wishes. As it turns out, big Ken knew he hadn't been cheated out of the sundaes, but wanted to get free food. I love that guy.
After dinner, we all headed over to the MUN dance. There were lots of flirty high school girls that looked good (after being in Berkeley for so long). So, to avoid committing some crime, I left with Chris and headed up to Brinker's place. Stayed there for a while, then headed to Kip's, then walked around looking for something to do...found that "something" in a Mr. Mike Mullee. Went to sigma (zeta?) chi. Had a good time with Mike, who buy the way is the craziest part animal you will find - trust me. We finally decided to call it quits at around 3:30.
It was great catching up with everyone from back home. Just one more week and I will be able to see the rest of the crew.
