Love Me Some Puppies
I have been in a pensive mood about *NSYNC lately. I know that some people regard them as some sort of bad joke that accidentally produced the talent that is Justin Timberlake. But I know better.
Anyway, I have been thinking about how much I love *NSYNC and the fandom. How I forged real bonds with many people whom I respect and share this common interest with. Somehow, many of the familiar faces (who were a godsend to me back in the day before youtube arrived) have faded away or gotten into newer (and some stranger) fandoms. Hopefully if when they get back together, they will rekindle their passion for the Pups.
I guess I love this fandom because it was my first and it taught me alot about myself, not to mention some cool skills. On top of how much I love listening to them live and wtahcing them dance, I love being able to discuss a TV show appearance or magazine cover the next day that much more.
Love me some JC (Mr If I Had To Do it Broke), adore the Fatone (and his beautiful family) , Mr Kirkpatrick (who could forget poor Busta, Danielle Raabe and FuManSkeeto?), Lance (He of the chest-pat and awkward dancing) and Justin (who is the giggly man-child of the EuroPups era).
That was one random walk down memory lane. I needed that. Honk if you love the Puppies too!
