(no subject)
Sorry about lack of proper posting. I've been knitting and crocheting lately to make kitchen things for droogula and some birthday presents for scavengerchild.
For the kitchen things, I've finished an oven mitt, a hotpad, a pot handle cozy, and I have a dishcloth started. Will probably do another dishcloth and some smaller potholders for him, maybe a second mitt.
For the presents, I have one done out of 3 possible planned presents. This one is a surprise that I didn't even ask her about so I can't say what it is, but let me just say: sirfox, I took your advice with the yellow, and I think it looks badass. XD Pictures will be put up on Sunday after present is given. She will also potentially be receiving a Cthulu doll and a hopad similar to the one I already made for the kitchen collection.
I may as well let you guys see the hotpad. I'm actually sort of jealous and I'll probably eventually make one for myself.
So yeah, this is why I haven't been around online lately. I've been throwing myself into making things. Some of you know what I'm like when I'm into a project, whether it be writing or reading or drawing or making a site, or in this case, crafting. I just forget everything else exists. I'll make that work post eventually, I promise.
Todd got the Burn Notice DVD boxset for his birthday! YAYZ!
