It's funny how one tiny incident can completely change your mood!
I had to ring a company for information about one of their products and the guy I spoke to sounded exactly (and I mean exactly) like......... wait for it........ Richmond!!!!
I was transported into a dream world. I nearly choked when he said "Sorry I've just accidentally logged myself out of the data base."
Imagine that said in THAT voice and you'll know what I mean.
Ohhhh, Richmond..............
