First Snowshoe of the Season
Well, hopefully, since it's currently 50 degrees outside but ya never know...
We're heading up to the Cameron Pass area; we plan on snowshoeing or running (depending on snow conditions) the Zimmerman Lake trail. We have the cell phone, our headlamps, and some minimal survival gear but we're packing light.
It's quite a drive up there and back, but if we don't post again (in at least one of our LJs) by 9pm please send help. We drive a 2002 Toyota Corolla Sport (white). We will have our black-and-tan dog with us.

EDIT: We're back and safe and HAD A BLAST. Did not snowshoe or run but hand a great hike and got some beautiful pics. Stay tuned and watch dragonferland for the pics.
