[You know what's great about today? There isn't candy everywhere, keeping her from precious and delicious consumables. Going back to the "daily" routine -- it's one way to recover from something as traumatic as the moon supposedly crashing against the surface of the village.

But her attention is diverted the moment she notices a flash of green by the aisle with the eggs. The written entry comes to mind. She'd read it. She just hadn't responded, because she prefers face-to-face interaction.

Beautiful. [Saying this out loud without even realizing he did. He was admiring a white egg when she approached him, perfectly shaped, hard to the touch, and without any fractures on it's shell. Perfection. And he's sure it'll taste just as good when he boils it--]
