I'm pretty happy to be here! I'm taking advantage of my good mood by writing in here. I usually want to write in here when I'm feeling sooky, but sookiness won't get me anywhere.
I hope that one day soon, I can start a sweet widget for real Seinfeld fans with GOOD quotes. I've seen things on Facebook etc. and they're all, 'No soup for you!' I'm like, that's not even funny. What's funny is when Jerry goes under a lie detector test because he's denying that he likes Melrose Place. What's FUNNY is when Larry, as George Steinbrenner, says he loves the pita pocket because 'there's nothing more satisfying after lunch than to look down and see just a table'!. THAT is why I'm gonna start my own damn widget. One day. Even if computers are out then, I'll do something about it!
Soooo if you can't tell I'm drunk. Good thing I like this cabernet shiraz that they have in the cupboard at work, cause there's 5 bottles of it. WoooooO! Good times!!
I feel fantastic. Little bit o' wine goes a long way.
Michael is a champ lately. He still gets the shits and goes off sometimes, and it still hurts me a lot, but you've gotta take the good with the bad. I do it to him too, and a lot of people wouldn't put up with it, so we make a good team. Teaching each other tolerance.
Another example of the kind of jokes Michael makes. He said something to me the other day, and I was tired and I just said 'hold on a minute' and stared off for a second trying to understand what he'd just said, and he goes 'Computing' in that digital voice... God that cracked me up.
So I've had my brief stint with Facebook now. Talk about a high-maintenance friend. I saw a story the other day saying Facebook is costing industry like $5b. I laughed because I was so hooked for a little whilst there. But yeah it was taking up too much time, and you're doing photos and talking to people, and it's like, come on, I really just want to talk about me :)
LiveJournal really has helped me heaps like that. A bit of venting, interpreting myself, saving other people from my stories by writing them online. Good stuff.
Anyway, gotta go drop off 100 sachets of Chai tea at a Health Club in the city at 6 on Friday. F* the traffic will be so bad. Bloody advertising! Do you appreciate the effort that goes into every dumb little promo gift pack you get?
