it sounds like Michael really cares about you :) that's a good thing to hold on to.

I notice your vocab is a bit different then ours.. it's cool though, interesting to me you know :) like "cut" over there would be "pissed" over here right? What are some other differences?

just observing cuz i'm bored ;) holler

love.

lol... we use the term "holler" as like "holler at me," like when you want someone to get back to you or write back.

wow, i would definately NOT know what you guys were saying if I lived there... ;)

well, shoot i don't really know what other slang terms we use... like soooo many. I'll have to think of some as they come, i never knew how much we use slang - -crazy!

until next time :)

my little bro wants to go to school in Australia..... crazy, huh? What's the weather like down there...

Well first of all you guy's say 'shoot' as an expression of disappointment we don't say that!

Weather down here is fantastic and I love it! It gets very hot in summer some foreigners are like WTF. Especially pommies (brits) there are SO Many brits in Australia. But yeah the UV is really high, the sun just szzzz into you but that's how we like it. In winter in Sydney, the very coldest days are like 10degrees celcius, the coldest nights (in Sydney) get down to like 2-4 or something in the middle of winter.

I think your brother would have an awesome time in Australia, we had some exchange students at our school and they are always adopted and shown around, they get invited to great parties man we had some fun with them... it'd be the best... but check with me whereabout he's going first! My friend went on exchange to Japan and he just went to some little town not exactly the 'I love Tokyo! Doopdoodoo' vibe he was looking for!

what's the drinking age in Australia.. i gotta keep my bro under wraps, you know.. :)

sooo 10 degrees would be what in Farenheit? that's another thing that's different in our country. We do everything backwards... lol.. roads, Farenhiet, feet instead of meters, miles instead of kilometers...

i dunno where my brother wants to go - but i'll let you know :)

holler!!

Hey man, some of our hotter days in summer are like 34, which is 93 in farenheit, then there's 3celsius at night which is 37.4 farenheit. It's fair enough that you guys wanted to stick to the imperial system, I don't think it's particularly convenient though! Like when we're growing up learning maths it's pretty easy, 10 millimetres equal 1 centimetre, 100 centrimetres equal 1 metre, 1000metres equal 1kilometre. Sorry that's boring but the interesting thing is that it's the same system for liquid and area and all that. Calculating miles is a pain in the arse, but we still consider people's height in feet and inches ANYWAY
let's talk about something less responsible. Drinking is legal here at 18, so is clubbing and everything, there's only like insurance and stuff that considers 21 important, and birthdays. Most people though start drinking way before that, and the novelty of just being drunk is out of your system by time you're 21 basically!

wow... 18?? That's crazy. We just START our drinking at 21 (legally) - and continue on until whenever..

i don't know why we do things backwards - cuz then when you go to a different country you have to accomodate for everything and it gets all complicted. Even our plugs are shaped different. When Americans go ovoerseas.. they have to buy an adapter kit b/c no in the world has prongs shaped like ours .... crazyness i tell ya ;)
