19-Day Journey

Starting today, I have 19 days to lose some weight for an event. I have a goal in mind, but would rather just push as hard as I can and set smaller goals along the way. I weighed myself last night, and will weigh myself again tonight.. then weigh in 2x/day (A.M. & P.M.). Here are my starting numbers and first goal:

Start Date: August 5
Starting Weight: 149.8
Goal 1 (by August 9): 143

My longer term goal is 119. It is the perfect weight for my body :)
