Sick
I'm sick. Not majorly, but enough that I still feel pretty blech. It's just a head cold, but it's been making me dizzy and tired. I got sent home from work on Wednesday night as I nearly passed out. I've been taking decongestants - I don't think they've started to kick in, but at least I still feel kind of human. I just have no energy right now. At least I don't have to go back to work until Monday night - I have my first lot of nightshifts in nearly two years. It's going to be interesting. Working with great nurses, so it should be a good lot of nights.
Next Friday (ANZAC Day) I'm flying home to New Zealand until Wednesday. Just a couple of days really, but I'm so looking forward to it. I get to make it for my niece's 8th birthday. Mum doesn't know I'm coming, so I'll just turn up on her doorstep.
