woooah im so sore guys!!! Yesterday at 9 me and brandon went running. We ran to la vista ( The street Mchi is on) and we rested their for like 5 mins. Then we did this ab workout where u do 25 regular crunches, 25 left obligue crunches, 25 right obligue crunches and 25 criss cross crunches all the way until u reach 500. But Brandon said we shoudl got to 1000!!!! so i was like ahh ok ok lets do it. So we made it to 1000 but in between every set i did ten push ups until i got to 50. so i was like DEAD after my workout. WE rested for another 5 mins then we had to run back home. It was pretty tough but it felt good in the end. It was worth it. I want to do it again today but brandon has wrestling and hes not gonna want to run again :( so i guess ill have to get someone else to run with me. Any takers??
